Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Quality Verification

  Upload clear photographs of the product and its original tags to help our quality assurance team verify the condition of the stainless steel surface.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item back into its original Arttd’inox box to prevent any scratches or dents during the return transit.

• 4.
  Pickup & Refund

  Once our courier collects the package and it passes our warehouse inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
